What you’ll need…
1 bottle of Hickory Creek Apple Wine
3 cups of your favorite apple cider (we prefer fresh from a local farmstand)
2 tablespoons of mulling spice blend
What you’ll DO…
In a crockpot or medium size saucepan, combine the HCW Apple Wine with the apple cider. Set the temperature to medium (or high) on the crockpot. If using a stovetop, set it to medium.
Add the mulling spice blend to a tea infuser (cheesecloth pouches work well too). Drop it into the wine/cider blend.
Let the mixture come to a simmer. Stir occasionally.
Once the mixture has reached your desired temperature, reduce heat to low on the crockpot or stovetop.
Ladle into stemmed coffee mugs if you have them. Add a cinnamon stick to spice it up a bit more.
